East Penn Township Fire Captain Brenden McArdle presents Fire Chief Robert Kleintop Jr., with a plaque to honor his 50 years of service to East Penn Township. Members of the East Penn Volunteer Fire Company and the East Penn Township Supervisors honored Kleintop Jr. Monday night, with a plaque and a cake in honor of his 50 years of service.
