Tamaqua Police released information on the following cases:
• Tamaqua police charged Kylie Usalis, 26, of Coaldale, with possession of drug paraphernalia following an alleged April 14 incident on the 600-block of Brew Street.
Police were called to the home for a report of a party, and found Usalis and two others sitting on the back porch. While officers were speaking with the trio, they allegedly noticed a rubber container that is commonly used to store narcotics.
The homeowner gave police permission to search her property, and inside they allegedly found a black case belonging to Usalis with needles, glassine bags, and other drug paraphernalia.
• Police charged a 17-year-old Tamaqua male for disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred April 14 on the 300 block of West Spruce Street.
Police said the teen drove his car to a home in an attempt to start a fight with another person. Police said he went onto the porch, took off his shirt and began yelling obscenities.
Officers located the teen who admitted that he went to the residence.
