Margaret M. Bleyzgis of Quakake has been named manager of the new Mahanoy Township office of the Pennsylvania National Bank.

The Mahanoy City resident graduated from high school in that community and joined the staff at the Union National Bank and Trust Company of Mahanoy City, which in 1964 became a part of Pennsylvania National. She is presently celebrating her 20th year in banking. Previously, she was employed by the Mahanoy City School District and the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
