State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating an illegal dumping (scattering rubbish) incident on Koch Road in Towamensing Township.

A 45-year-old man reported on March 24 that trash cans and trash are continually deposited on his property line and then blow into his yard without any cleanup.

The suspects are unknown, police said.
