A multi-vehicle crash on I-81 northbound has closed all lanes of travel in that area of the interstate of Schuylkill County.

PennDOT reported that the crash happened between Exit 116 - PA 901 and Exit 119 - Highridge Park Rd.

Reports at the scene state there are many trucks involved, and fire was also reported.

No word on injuries or the cause of the crash but snow squalls have been moving through the area this morning, causing freezing road conditions in some areas.
