The menu at the Lehighton Senior Center for March 28 to April 1 is:

Monday: Ranch turkey, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, roll, and pudding or ham and cheese sandwich

Tuesday: Italian wedding soup, herb chicken, rotini, and fruit salad or shrimp Caesar salad

Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, carrots, roll, and pound cake or barbecue chicken salad

Thursday: Tortellini, Italian vegetables, roll, and orange or chicken pesto sandwich

Friday: Ravioli, broccoli/cauliflower, roll, grapes, and jello or turkey Cobb salad

Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. Meal reservations must be placed by 11 a.m. the day before.

Lehighton Senior Center also announced the upcoming events for March 28 through April 1:

Cards on Monday, bingo or line dancing on Tuesday, starting at 9:30 a.m.; crafts on Wednesday starting at 10 a.m.; games on Thursday at 9:30 a.m.; corn hole or ladder ball on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Card games, puzzles, pool, socialization, and other activities are available throughout the week.
