State police at Schuylkill Haven said Clayton Bixler, 47, of Hegins, is facing charges following incidents that occurred on March 5.
At 4:03 p.m. Bixler called the state police barracks about retrieving his shotgun, which was taken as evidence in a separate investigation. Bixler was advised of the proper procedure to take and was provided specific instructions as to how to get his property back.
Bixler, who appeared to be heavily intoxicated, continued calling the barracks and also called the Frackville barracks. A total of 11 calls were made by him within a one-hour period. He was yelling profanities and acting disorderly.
Troopers located Bixler at his residence where he was non-compliant with commands. He was taken into custody and charged with persistent disorderly conduct and communications with 911.
