Northampton Community College invites you to take The Leadership Challenge.
In this two-day, on-ground session, March 30 and 31, 8 a.m.-4 p.m., participants will use self-reflection coupled with stakeholder feedback to design their way to exemplary leadership.
A newly redesigned format created by sociologists Kouzes and Posner will be the basis of the workshop.
It uses the Leadership Practices Inventory to examine the frequency with which leaders demonstrate the most powerful behaviors in engaging colleagues and team members: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart.
Within this leadership framework, participants create a plan to incorporate the practices of successful leaders into the execution of their roles in order to realize their full leadership potential.
The workshop fee includes all materials, breakfast and lunch. There is pre-work that is required to be completed before the class begins.
