The Panther Valley Senior Center has announced the menu for the week of March 7-11 is:

Monday: Red pepper soup, open hot pork sandwich, mashed potatoes, fruit crisp or shrimp Caesar salad

Tuesday: Stuffed cabbage, buttered noodles, peas and carrots, fruit, yogurt or barbecue chicken salad

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, beets, brownie or chicken pesto sandwich

Thursday: Honey mustard chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli, pudding or beef Cobb salad

Friday: Vegetable lasagna, cauliflower and peas, apple slices or deli sandwich

The center also announced upcoming events:

Crafts on March 7 at 10 a.m.; Bingo on March 8 at 10:45 a.m.; Po-keeno on March 9 at 11 a.m.; Speaker from the Red Cross on March 10 at 11 a.m.; Cornhole on March 11 at 11 a.m.

Birthday Bingo on March 14 at 10:45 a.m.; 50th Anniversary of Senior Centers Celebration on March 15 at 10 a.m.; Game Day on March 16 at 10 a.m.; St Patrick’s Day Party on March 17 at 10:30 a.m.; Chair Exercise on March 18 at 10:30 followed by Scattergories at 11 a.m.

Pool, Skeeball, Cards, Games and Socialization available every day. New members always welcome. For more information or to sign up call the center Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-1 a.m. at 570-669-9930.
