The rosters were recently released for the Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association (PSFCA) East-West Big School/Small School games.

There are five area players on the PSFCA Small School East squad, which encompasses classes 1A-3A.

Dylan Smoyer (quarterback), Trevor Amorim (wide receiver), Matt Frame (linebacker) and Brett Misera (defensive back) will represent Northern Lehigh, which won the District 11 Class 2A title and advanced to the state semifinals this past season.

Palmerton’s Lucas Heydt (long snapper) was also selected to the East team.

Blue Bombers’ head coach Chris Walkowiak, who guided the program to the Class 2A title game and a Colonial-Schuylkill League White Division title, will be an assistant on the East staff, which will be led by North Schuylkill’s Wally Hall.

The 20th Annual PSFCA East/West All Star games will be played Sunday, May 29, 2022.

Kickoff for the Big School East/West All-Star Game is set for 12 p.m. The Small School All-Star Game is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.

Tickets for the game will sold online on Big33.org and on game day at Bishop McDevitt’s Rocco Ortenzio Stadium starting at 11 a.m.
