Eric Witthorn, 42, of Slatington, was charged by state police at the Bethlehem barracks with simple assault/harassment after they were called to a domestic dispute at 4:33 p.m. Jan. 28 along Hickory Road in Washington Township, Lehigh County. A 33-year-old woman from the township told police the dispute turned physical.
