Ash Wednesday

Masses for Ash Wednesday will take place on March 2 at 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Ashes will also be imposed during a Liturgy of the Word at noon.

Stations of the Cross will take place on Wednesdays in Lent at 6:30 p.m. except on Ash Wednesday, when they will start after the 6:30 p.m. Mass.

Lenten mission

From March 16 through March 18 at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., Dr. Jack Buchner will conduct our Lenten Parish Mission on the “Saint Monica Ministry.”

Many Catholics have loved ones who grew up in the faith but are currently inactive; this ministry aims to help us to know more about God and ourselves, to consider why Catholics grow inactive and to form appropriate responses, and to reflect on where God has touched your life and how this can influence your outreach to others.

Dr. Buchner also will have time slots available each of the days from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to speak with individuals and families who sign up at church.
