Members of the Mahoning Valley Community 4-H Club participated in the Pennsylvania 4-H State Leadership Conference in State College Jan. 28-30.

During the conference they attended workshops and networked with 4-H youth from around the state.

They also heard speeches from Dr. Joshua Rice, Penn State; Noe Ortega, Pennsylvania Secretary of Education; Stephen Fitzpatrick, Department of Agriculture; and Keynote Speaker Brandon Farbstein.

This year’s theme was Be Different Together, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
