State police at Fern Ridge are looking for a teenage boy who left a group home.

On Feb. 4 at 7:50 p.m. troopers responded to Child First Services, located at 2605 Route 903, in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County. On scene troopers were informed that a 16-year-old boy had left the facility without permission and without providing details as to where he was going.

Police did not provide a name or description. Anyone with information concerning the teen is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
