Mason Stewart, son of Paul and Jennifer Stewart, Weatherly, has been named Senior of the Month for January at Weatherly Area High School.

Mason serves as the president of the Class of 2022, and is a member of the newly formed Chess Club. He is an Advanced Placement student in Calculus and English Literature & Composition, and will represent Weatherly Area High School at the Carbon County Oratory Contest this spring.

In the community, Mason serves as the student representative at Weatherly Area School Board meetings and is employed by Walmart in Tamaqua.
