The Sorrenti Family Estate announces the winery recently won two major accolades at this year’s 2022 PA Farm Show and Wine Competition that took place at the Farm Expo Center in Harrisburg.

Golden Girl, made with Pennsylvania Niagara grapes, won Best of Show Dessert, Best of Show American and a Double Gold metal.

Winning in another category Nick’s Hard Cider, made with Pennsylvania apples, won the Best of Show in the Fruit Wine category.

The Vignoles wine, the Chambourcin and the Blackberry Noir were also winners.

The family owned winery started by Dominic and Mary Sorrenti in 1981 is now celebrating their 40th year in business, and head winemaker Ian Williams works alongside the Sorrenti Family in crafting the legendary “Wines from heart.”
