One male driver was injured this afternoon in a crash in Rush Township. The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. along West Main street near the village of Quakake. The driver was traveling west when he lost control, crossing the roadway entering the berm and hitting a fence and a tree. The victim was treated at the scene by members of the Mahanoy City ambulance and Medic 11 paramedics before being transported to a nearby trauma center. State police at Frackville are investigating the incident.
