Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Adult Probation and Parole Office are asking the public to help locate Kathy Dee Tonkin.

She was declared an absconder for violating the terms and conditions of the Schuylkill County Drug Treatment Program. Her original charges were two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to a law enforcement officer, and flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, all misdemeanors.

Tonkin, 26, is described as white, non-Hispanic and 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds.

Her last known address was 3070 Summer Valley Road, New Ringgold.
