Sgt. First Class Keith J. Pry, noncommissioned officer in charge of the AN/VRC 12 Control Group, attached to the CIC unit in Europe, was awarded $25 for an adopted suggestion on June 9, 1965.

Sgt. Pry’s suggestion proposed the issue of installation kits for the M-113 Carrier (APC), which is replacing the XM-577 (Carrier Command Post) and the return of items no longer required for XM-577. The savings, in Europe alone, come to almost $74,000.

Sgt. Pry has also been recommended for the Army Commendation Medal.
