State police at Fern Ridge report on incidents

State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following incidents:

• On Jan. 18 at 8:21 a.m. troopers were dispatched to Grand Mesa Drive in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a report of a physical domestic altercation between a 62-year-old woman and Carol Cirillo, 61, both of Effort.

Cirillo had fled the scene. He was later located operating a 2011 Ford Escape. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and taken into custody. He was charged with simple assault, reckless endangering another person, harassment - physical contact, DUI and criminal mischief along with two motor vehicle code violations. He was arraigned before a district judge and released on $15,000 unsecured bail.

• On Jan. 17 at 4:32 p.m. troopers were dispatched to Basswood Court in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, for a harassment by communication complaint. On scene it was discovered that Chelsea Kearns, 29, of Allentown, attempted to contact three people, two men, ages 27 and 50, and a woman, age 48, all of Albrightsville, with unwanted text messages and phone calls at inconvenient hours. She was charged with harassment by communication.

• On Jan. 16 at 5:58 p.m. troopers were dispatched to Overlook Court in Chestnuthill Township, for a report of harassment. An investigation revealed that Michael Milevoi, 45, of Saylorsburg, had threatened to punch a 21-year-old man from Saylorsburg, in the mouth during an argument.

Milevoi was cited for harassment - threat of physical contact.
