The Mahanoy City Police arrested a 19-year-old Tamaqua man for an incident on the east side of the borough. George Budihas is in Schuylkill County Prison on $50,000 straight cash bail. He is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, terroristic threats and criminal mischief for an incident today.

A preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. Feb. 17 in District Magistrate Anthony Kilker.
