Mr. and Mrs. Albert M. Coccio of Tamaqua are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on Jan. 29.

Mrs. Coccio is the former Roberta Parfitt, daughter of the late Robert Isaac Parfitt and Ruth (Frantz) Parfitt of Tamaqua.

Her husband is a son of the late Guido DiNazzereno Coccia and Emma (Parcella) Coccia of Brockton.

They were married in Elkton, Maryland.

The couple have seven children: Sons Albert Jr.; Robert Sr.; Joseph; Daniel; Matthew, husband of Denise; Nicholas Jon, deceased; and daughter Koren Ruth, wife of Tom Conner. They also have 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
