Jim Thorpe clinched a district playoff berth by cruising to a 49-28 Schuylkill League victory over Pine Grove.
The Olympians held the Cardinals scoreless in the second quarter, and Bryson Heydt scored six of his game-high 13 points in the period as Thorpe built a 20-point lead by halftime.
Andrew Warner chipped in with nine points for the Olympians, who won their fourth straight game and improved to 11-6 overall and 6-4 in the league.

Connor Dillon hit four treys and had 22 points for the Blue Raiders (7-11; 4-6). Nathan Gregoire added 16 points, and Lucas Milot scored 11.
Tyler Rehrig, Jack Lorenz and Brayden Lutz had nine points apiece for the Indians (4-14; 1-9).

Katelynn Barthold and Emma Niebell both scored four points in overtime to help Northern Lehigh pull out a 45-44 Colonial League victory over Southern Lehigh.
Barthold also recorded four points during the fourth quarter as the Bulldogs, who trailed by seven points entering the period, rallied to send the game into an extra frame.
The win was Nolehi’s fifth straight and upped its record to 10-7 overall and 8-6 in the league.
Barthold finished with a team-high 14 points, while Cadence Peters added 10. Cadence Whalen also chipped in with nine.

Big games from Sera Robin and Maddison Maynard helped Panther Valley defeat Williams Valley to end a long losing streak.
Robin poured in a game-high 28 points, including seven three-pointers, as the Panthers posted a 68-46 non-league victory to snap a 15-game skid.
Maynard finished with 24 points for PV, which improved to 2-15. The winners also rceived eight points from Kaidence Krapf.
