Calvary Lewistown

Pastor Ralph Saunders will officiate at the 10:25 a.m. worship service this Sunday at Calvary Evangelical United Methodist Church, Lewistown Valley. Sunday school classes are scheduled for 9:15 a.m. and evening service will be a night of sharing and Bible study at 6:30 p.m. Prayer meeting on Feb. 2 at 7 p.m. Call 570-668-9111 for more information.

American Primitive

Sunday worship service is at 10:30 a.m. at American Primitive Methodist Church. The service is available at www.tamaquachurch.org and www.facebook.com/PMChurchTamaqua. There will be no Sunday school until further notice.

Pastor Jim Williams will officiate at the 10:30 a.m. service this Sunday at Zion Church, Lewistown Valley.

Hometown Fire Company

The Hometown Fire Company will be hosting an Adult Painting Event on Feb. 24 at 6 p.m. featuring a Rustic Spring Truck.

Bring your friends and create a 16-by-20-inch personalized canvas masterpiece with the assistance of Sycamore Kula. You will have your choice of colors to make your rustic truck your own.

To register for the event, make payment directly to the Hometown Fire Company by mailing a check made out to HFC for $25 to the Hometown Fire Company; or via Eventbrite at https://bit.ly/35y6DVX
