Electronics recycling held in Summit Hill

Summit Hill held an electronics recycling event for borough residents on Saturday and it was so successful there was an overflow for the trucks picking up the items. As a result, the overflow is stored in the Bill Black Playground along West Holland Street for future removal. Some people even dumped TVs outside the playground after the recycling event happened. There was a constant line of traffic for recycling, with vehicles winding down two blocks and along the alley by Ginder Field, waiting as long as 45 minutes to unload the unwanted items.
