West Penn supervisors hold 2022 reorganization

The West Penn Township board of supervisors held its reorganization meeting on Monday night.

Tony Prudenti was reappointed as board chairman for 2022.

Glenn Hummel will remain vice chairman and Tim Houser, supervisor at large.

The board also approved changing its monthly evening meeting time to 6 p.m.

As part of its reorganization, the board approved the following:

• Karen Wittig, treasurer

• Katie Orlick, secretary/recording secretary for board of supervisors and planning commission meetings, right-to-know officer

• Herb Woodring, assistant to board

• Jeremy Frable, road crew leader

• Nathan Henry, Connor Evans, Jason Frable and Andy Kenopensky, road crew

• Jim Bonner, chief of police

• Carla Frtiz, police department secretary

• Kai Apel, full-time patrol officer

• Cpl. John Kaczmarczyk and Glenn Laninger, part-time 32-hour patrol officers

• Jason Lorah, Zachary Wargul and Marcos Duarte, part-time patrol officers

• Chester Snyder, vacancy board chairman

• Glenn Hummel, 2022 PSATs delegate

• Paul Datte, solicitor for board of supervisors and planning commission

• ARRO Consulting Inc., engineer, UCC Building Code Administrator, zoning officer

• Bill Brior, sewage enforcement officer

• Robert Fugate, alternate sewage enforcement officer

• Jeff Bradford, fire chief

• Connor Evans, assistant fire chief, emergency management coordinator

• Jeremy Frable, flood plain coordinator

• Ronald Calarco, reappointed to zoning hearing board on three-year term

• William Varano, reappointed to property maintenance appeals board on three-year term

• Deane Woodring, reappointed as alternate to property maintenance appeals board

• Robert Miller and RoseAnne Georgiades were both reappointed to planning commission on four-year term

• Dennis Kabana, Darryl Fritz and Robert Neumoyer were reappointed to park commission on four-year term
