Carter, who also pulls down 12 rebounds and blocks five shots, collects eight of her points in the third quarter as the Blue Bombers use a 17-7 period to extend a one-point lead to double digits. The winners, coached by Don Delich, receive 12 points from Liz Teel while Tonia Haas chips in with nine. For Lehighton, Kayla Zlomsowitch finishes with a game-high 33 points.
