State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said five juveniles were cited for harassment after an incident at 1:37 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Schuylkill County Intermediate Unit, Norwegian Township.

Police said the juveniles were unruly and threatened staff members and a student, resulting in the charges.

They include two 14-year-old girls from Mahanoy City, a 13-year-old boy from Pottsville, a 14-yead-old boy from Shenandoah and a 14-year-old boy from Valley View.

The students threatened is a 12-year-old girl from Pottsville, police said.
