Mr. and Mrs. Jay Heisler celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on Dec. 15. They were married at Calvary Evangelical United Methodist Church, Lewistown Valley.

Mrs. Heisler is the former Pauline Koch, daughter of the late Paul and Anna Koch.

Her husband is a son of the late Salem and Bertha Heisler of Lewistown Valley.

They started Heisler Egg Farm in 1952.

The couple has three children: Todd and wife Shelly, Kent and wife Susan, all of Lewistown Valley, and Dawn, wife of Richard Delaney of Missouri.

The couple celebrated with a family gathering at Heisler Egg Farm and dinner at the Train Station Restaurant, Tamaqua.
