The Tamaqua Area School Board approved the following personnel matters at Tuesday’s meeting:

• Retirement of Tammy Harleman, paraprofessional, effective Dec. 31.

• Retirement of Elaine Wasserleben, paraprofessional, effective Dec. 3.

• Noelle Stidham, maternity leave, beginning on or about April 28 and returning on or about May 27.

• Rescind motion of Oct. 19 approval of Katelyn Collevechio’s maternity leave.

• Thomas Sommers, substitute custodian, rate of $10.54 per hour.
