State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating the theft of a man’s wallet from a vehicle that was parked on Scenic Drive in Polk Township.

A 39-year-old Kunkletown man told police the theft occurred between 7 and 7:45 a.m. Dec. 3.

Police said the victim’s vehicle was parked along Route 534 when a man smashed the passenger’s side front window and stole the wallet.

Police said it appears the man has two facial tattoos on both the right and left cheek.
