Heads turned on Thursday in Tamaqua for what appeared to be an old-time Victorian funeral procession. Driver Cherokee Tempest of Tamaqua, of Crystal View Carriage Services, New Ringgold, guided a horse-drawn hearse carrying the late Nicholas Tague Osadche of Hazleton.
