Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate Earl Davenport.
He failed to appear for two court appearances, March 23, at district court in Port Carbon on charges on charges of identity theft, felony 2, access device issued to another who did not authorize, felony 3, and possessing access device knowing counterfeit, altered, a misdemeanor.
He also failed to appear for an Aug. 4 hearing at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on charges of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, misdemeanor 1, possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, a misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
Davenport, 35, is a white, non-Hispanic man, 6 feet tall weighing 200 pounds. His last known address was 201 Sunbury St., Minersville.
Anyone who may see or come into contact with Davenport is asked to call the Schuylkill County 911 Center immediately. Those with information or the whereabouts of Davenport or any other fugitive in Schuylkill County is asked to call the District Attorney’s Office at 570-628-1350 or the Schuylkill County Tip Line at 570-624-3988.
