Northern Lehigh School District will host a vaccination clinic for students ages 5-11.
Superintendent Matthew J. Link announced at Monday’s school board meeting that the clinic will take place from 4-7 p.m. Nov. 16 at Northern Lehigh Middle School.
There are a maximum of 150 appointments available, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Link said the clinic is being held in partnership with Bechtel’s Pharmacy of Slatington.
At this time, appointments are only available to district students ages 5 through 11 years old.
Parents/guardians of students 12 years and older should contact Bechtel’s Pharmacy directly at 610-767-4121 to schedule an appointment.
Each student must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Complete one request per student.
A completed COVID-19 immunization consent form is required for each participant.
Parents and guardians should bring a copy of their insurance card.
There is no cost to receive the vaccination.
