The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announces the following road work this week, but be advised that road work schedules may change as needed during COVID-19 mitigation or due to changes in the weather:

Lehigh County

• Upper Macungie and South Whitehall Townships, City of Allentown: Route 22 construction between I-78 and 15th Street, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday.

• Whitehall Township: Route 22 milling and paving between 15th Street and Route 145, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday.

• Allentown: I-78 inspection between Exit 57 (Lehigh Street) and Exit 60 (Route 309), 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.

• Upper Macungie Township: Route 100/Tilghman Street bridge repair between Blue Barn Road and Route 309, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

No reported road work in Carbon, Monroe, Northampton and Schuylkill counties.
