The Parryville Fire Department has purchased a new tanker that will “be an asset to our community and our neighbors” said Mayor Tom Kobal at the borough council meeting recently.

The tanker was purchased online and six members of the Parryville Fire Company will travel to pick it up. This tanker will replace the current one that can longer be fixed.

President Cathy Hawk thanked Kobal for “always keeping our community safe.”
