The Carbon Model Railroad Society is sponsoring its Fall Train Meet on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The meet will be held at the Diamond Fire Co. Bingo Hall. The Hall is located at 120 Main St., Walnutport.

This is a model railroad, toy train and railroadiania sale for the serious and amateur railroad and model train collector. Refreshments will be available. There is plenty of free parking. There is an admission charge. Wear a mask if you wish.

The Carbon Model Railroad Society will hold its Holiday Open House at 529 Ore St. in Bowmanstown on Thursdays, Dec. 2 and 9 and on Jan. 6 from 7-9 p.m. It will also be open on Saturdays and Sundays, Nov. 27 and 28; Dec. 4 and 5, 11 and 12; and on Jan. 8 and 9 from 1 to 4 p.m.

The main HO scale display is in various stages of completion and is an excellent learning tool. The club’s portable HO and N displays will also be in operation and there will be a model railroad yard sale. Admission is free; donations are welcome.
