Concepcion’s 64-yard burst late in the first quarter erases a defict and puts the Blue Bombers, coached by Manny Guedes, ahead for good. Concepcion adds 1-yard tallies in both the second and third frames. Palmerton also receives a 31-yard scoring strike from Travis Fink to Nate Hunsicker, while Fink’s 35-yard toss to Concepcion sets up a 1-yard score by Matt Serfass. The Bombers close the scoring on Dean Hager’s 23-yard scamper.
