On Sept. 21 at 7:43 a.m. Lehighton State police responded to Brick Church Road in Ross Township, Monroe County, for a report of loose dogs in the area.

An investigation determined that Abrina Ream, 30, of Saylorsburg, let her dogs loose and ran onto the property of a 63-year-old woman from Saylorsburg, and bit four of the victim’s horses. She was charged with cruelty to animals.
