State police at Bethlehem

State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported on the following incidents investigated by troopers.

• On Aug. 30 at 11 a.m. troopers were dispatched to Dunkin’ Donuts at 107 E. Main St., Bath, for a welfare check of a man sleeping inside a vehicle. The man was later identified as William Shook III, 24, of Kunkletown. Shook lied about his identity and it was learned he had multiple arrest warrants. He was found to be in possession of multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia. Troopers said drug charges were filed against Shook and a count of false identification to law enforcement.

• On July 16 at 3:11 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop along Route 22 in Bethlehem of a 2014 Infiniti Q50. The driver, Natasha Lynch, 43, of Slatington, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody for DUI.

• On Aug. 23 at 1:30 p.m. troopers were dispatched to Catasauqua Road in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, for a report of an active domestic incident. An investigation determined that Nathanael Ramos, 26, of Allentown, pushed a 21-year-old woman from Tobyhanna. In addition. Ramos stabbed himself in an attempt to commit suicide and was taken into custody and taken to a medical facility for a mental health evaluation. He was charged harassment - physical contact, for the incident with the female.

• On Aug. 10 at 10:39 a.m. troopers responded to Werley’s Corner Road, at Route 100, in Heidelberg Township, Lehigh County, for a call regarding a request for assist. It was reported a Hyundai sedan was off the road and the driver had possibly overdosed.

On scene the driver, a 40-year-old woman from Walnutport, who troopers declined to identify, was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest for DUI. She was taken into custody and processed before being released.
