Berlinsville split a pair of recent games in Blue Mountain League action.
The Braves topped Roseto, but were edged by Easton.
Easton-Berlinsville
A four-run fifth inning Tuesday proved to be the difference for the Easton Falcons, as they registered a 5-4 victory over Berlinsville.
The win allowed Easton (12-15) to grab the sixth and final playoff spot in the league’s upcoming playoffs.
Ben Stokes accounted for all four of the runs in the fifth when he drilled a grand slam.
Berlinsville (8-18-1) nearly battled back in the home fifth, scoring three times, but came up just short.
Northern Lehigh graduate Cody Krupa hit a solo homer in the fourth for the Braves, while Pleasant Valley graduate Dakota George had a hit in the contest. Berlinsville also received a double and an RBI from both Colin Houck and Austin Mueller.

Roseto-Berlinsville
Austin Mueller’s two-run homer in the fifth inning Monday broke a tie score and lifted Berlinsville to a 4-2 Blue Mountain League victory over Roseto.
Northern Lehigh graduate Cody Krupa also collected two hits and drove in two runs for the Braves, who improved to 8-17-1.
Logan Magdits went the distance on the mound for the winners, allowing six hits and no walks while striking out nine.
Alec Bove contributed a pair of hits and a run, and Colin Houck chipped in with a hit and a run scored.
For the Bandits (4-21), Seth Laky hit a two-run home run.
