State police at Lehighton are investigating a theft from vehicle incident.

Troopers said a 33-year-old woman from West Chester, Chester County, reported her 2013 Mazda 3 was entered while parked near Trachsville Hill Road and Woodchuck Drive, in Towamensing Township, Carbon County. The theft was reported at 4:42 p.m. on July 18.

Removed from the vehicle was a wallet which contained credit cards, driver’s license, prescription glasses, medication and $40 in cash. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 610-681-1850.
