The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of July 26-30 is as follows:

Monday: Breaded haddock, mashed potatoes, spinach, cookie or shrimp salad

Tuesday: Hawaiian chicken, brown rice, vegetable blend, pineapple or BBQ chicken salad

Wednesday: BBQ meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, rice pudding or turkey reuben

Thursday: Pasta with meat sauce, broccoli/cauliflower mix, pears or beef cobb salad

Friday: Vegetable soup, hot dog, broccoli slaw, fruit and yogurt or Cuban sandwich

The Panther Valley Senior Center also announced upcoming events for July 26 through Aug. 6.

Shut the Box on July 26 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on July 27 at 10:45 a.m.; Po-Keeno on July 28 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on July 29 at 10:45 a.m.; Cards, pool, Games on July 30 at 9:30 a.m.

Game Day on Aug. 2 at 9:30 a.m.; Zoom Chair Yoga by Heritage Hill on Aug. 3 at 10 a.m. followed by Bingo at 10:45 a.m.; Yahtzee on Aug. 4 at 11 a.m.; Minute to Win It on Aug. 5 at 10:30 a.m.; Name That Tune on Aug. 6 at 11 a.m.

Pool, cards, games and socialization available every day.

Coaldale Community Crime Watch

Coaldale Community Crime Watch is holding a fundraising chicken or beef dinner on Aug. 1, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the VFW, 1 E. Ridge St., Coaldale.

Tickets are $10. Takeout only.
