Muhlenberg College’s 173rd commencement celebrated the Class of 2021 in a pair of socially distanced ceremonies held in downtown Allentown.

Local students include:

Albrightsville: Christopher Brazezicke, summa cum laude, Bachelor of Arts in accounting and economics.

Lehighton: Dominic Palumbo, Bachelor of Arts in political science and media and communication.

Palmerton: Christina Tomsic, graduated with distinction, Bachelor of Business Administration in business administration.

Slatington: Austin Lancsak, Bachelor of Arts in media and communication and a minor in business administration; Carly Shaffer, magna cum laude, Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in religion studies.

Tamaqua: Hannah Betz, magna cum laude, Bachelor of Arts in music and English.
