July 10, 1985 - Joe Gillespie keys a five-run second inning to help Summit Hill pull away for an 11-1 victory over Weatherly in the District 18 Little League tournament. Gillespie delivers a two-run single to start the uprising, while Cazzie Kosciolek and Mark Collevechio also drive in runs. Chris Kruslicky later knocks in a run with a double to back the pitching of Jim Kane. The winning hurler tosses all six innings, allowing five hits while striking out six. Collevechio finishes the game with two RBIs, while Mark Krajcir chips in with a hit and a run.
