The following actions were filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts.

Bank of America, Newark, Delaware, filed the following actions: Jasmine D. Reppert, 438 N. Third St., Lehighton, seeking $2,690.07; Sarah Salerno, 14 Shortridge Road, Albrightsville, seeking $4,851; and Jose Davis, 521 Coal St., Lehighton, had two actions filed seeking $3,076.03, and $5,883.71.

Discover Bank, Philadelphia, filed an action against Matthew J. Reiser, 259 N. Eighth St., Lehighton, seeking $5,828.22

Credit Corporation Solutions Inc., Canonsburg, filed an action against Shaianne Perkins, 931A North St., Weatherly, seeking $2,378.05.

Capital One Bank, Glen Allen, Virginia, filed an action against Roberto C. Figueroa, 69 Broad St., Beaver Meadows, seeking $1,455.12.

Oliphant Financial, Sarasota, Florida, filed an action against Brad Diglio, 234 W. White St., Summit Hill, seeking $3,926.29.

Cavalry SPV I, Valhalla, New York, filed an action against Joseph Maritato, 83 Stedman Ave., Lehighton, seeking $6,967.49.

LVNV Funding, Horsham, filed the following actions: Michael Harman, 340 South Ave., Jim Thorpe, seeking $1,067.62; and Michael Green, 725 Club Road, Palmerton, seeking $2,335.15.

U.S. Bank National Association, Philadelphia, filed an action against William J. Chuma, 617 E. Ridge St., Lansford, seeking $5,807.19.

Bill owed

Fegley Oil Company Inc., 551 West Penn Pike, Tamaqua, filed an action against Daniel Dipira, individually, and trading as Switchback Mini-Mart, 304 Twin Hill Drive, Lehighton, alleging he owes a bill for petroleum products delivered. Sought is $35,281.51 plus interest, costs and fees.

Judgment entered

Singer Equipment Company Inc., c/o 1720 Mineral Spring Road, Reading, entered a judgment for $11,410.17 against Boulevard Drive In & Family Restaurant Inc., 59 Blakeslee Blvd., Lehighton.

Loan default

First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, 6126 Hamilton Blvd., Allentown, filed an action against Robert Wilmer Mangan, alleging he defaulted on a loan and security agreement. Sought is $6,644.09 plus interest, costs and fees.

Construction bill

Stella Construction Company Inc., Box 52, Route 309 and Lowhill Road, Schnecksville, filed an action against Rodolfo Zelaya, 649 Lime St., Palmerton.

The suit states that the defendant entered into a written agreement with the plaintiff to do restoration work at the defendant’s property at 649 Lime St., Palmerton. The suit claims the work was done and a bill is due and owed. The court is asked to enter a judgment against the defendant in the amount of $76,370.65 plus interest, costs and fees.
