One person was handcuffed and taken into custody after a crash late Monday night in Mahoning township. The accident occurred at 10 p.m. along Route 443 just east of Seneca Drive. The incident involved two vehicles, one of which came to rest on the roadway while another jumped the guide rails, landing in the brush at the side of the road.
