Hicks participates in global interpretation of ‘Romeo and Juliet’

Ebony Hicks of Albrightsville took part in a large-scale adaptation of Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” this spring, as seen through the diverse perspectives of participants from the global community.

Hicks participated as a member of the cast, playing Tybalt and Lady Capulet in Part 1, Romeo in Part 2 and Part 3, and Paris and Lady Capulet in Part 4. Hicks is studying theater at Albright College.

The Domino Players is Albright College’s resident theater company.

The near century-old group has been nationally recognized for performances that span a range of classics and lesser-known works.
