Weatherly Area High School graduation ceremonies will be held at 6 p.m. Friday. The event will be outdoors, in the parking lot behind the middle school gymnasium. The Weatherly Class of 2021 has 55 graduates.

The seating in the parking lot is set up with reserved places for graduates and up to six family members near to the stage, along with some overflow seating further back. The district has again secured use of a stage from Hazleton FunFest.

Speakers for graduation will be senior class president Kelly Royer, valedictorian Olivia Hirko and salutatorian Ashley James.

The evening will be recognizing the Class of 1971.

In the event of bad weather, the ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday.
