Senior residents of Schuylkill County had the chance to view “The ABCs of Healthy Living” at the Lakeside Ballroom in Barnesville.

The Fifth Annual Springfest attracted more than 600 seniors to Lakeside for programs and presentations focused on health and nutrition, as well as providing entertainment and special features such as massages and a spelling bee.

Springtime is presented by Prime Time Health in Schuylkill County, which is a service of Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, and funded under a contract with the Schuylkill County Office of Senior Services.

This year’s theme was “The ABCs of Healthy Living - Bee Active, Bee Busy, Bee Creative.”
